Office of the Chief Medical Officer for the City of Austin/Travis County Emergency Medical System (EMS) is responsible for comprehensive medical oversight of all clinical care provided in the EMS System. The System also interfaces with 17 hospitals within the EMS service area. The Office continues to grow and develop as a system, relying on its mission and vision to guide progress.
